1) Do you accept insurance?
• We do not accept any kinds of insurance, we are happy to provide a super bill for you to present to your insurance plan for reimbursement. 

2) Is there handicap access? 
• There are no stairs, but the building is a little older and does not have the standard 36" wide commercial doors that accommodate large wheel chairs or walkers. 

3) What is parking like?
• There is plenty of off street parking

4) What are you near?
• We are on a lot that houses commercial address 129-135.  There is a large sign indicating the addresses, and we are just before you pass  the Grover Beach Police Department on North Halcyon.

5) What forms of payment do you accept?
• Cash is preferred, with limited change available.  We also accept cards via Square, and Venmo.
